After seeing what a splatterfest “Machine Girl” turned out to be, the producers took the special effects supervisor and gave him his own movie to direct.  The result is Tokyo Gore Police.

I’ve seen some impressive SMB custom levels, but this one takes the cake.  I can’t even begin to imagine the time and effort that went into syncing the in-game sound effects with the (awesome) original background music.  (via Kotaku by way of Digg)

And in other news, Isabella Rossellini has totally flipped her shit.  The actress has decided to make her directorial debut with a serise of (very) short films about the sex life of insects.  There is probably some deeper artistic message hidden in these videos, but all I see is a batshit bonkers Itialian woman dry-humping large paper mache bugs.  The rest of the films are up on the Sundance...
